Job Description
- Req#: R240000001971
- Reviewing patient accounts to ensure claims are accurate and billable.
- Identifying and resolving claim edits while understanding billing guidelines and payer requirements.
- Proactively fixing claim rejection errors and resubmitting claims based on payer requirements.
- Initiating contact and responding to inquiries from various external sources.
- Answering questions and assisting patients with billing issues as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to execute processes efficiently and maintain the highest level of quality
- Demonstrates the ability to identify and communicate issues
- Computer literacy skills, including Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Office products
- Enhanced communication and customer service skills

As our Billing Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing reports, resolving claim edits, and providing top-notch support to our valued customers across the United States. Every day, you'll dive into patient accounts, skillfully identify and resolve claims, and expertly fix rejection errors. To thrive in this role, you'll need to bring your self-motivation, eagerness to learn, and ability to work independently.
