What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer high volume, inbound phone calls from patients
- Educate patients on patient financial responsibility
- Research and resolve patient billing queries using database
- Meet call center productivity and quality standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required
- 1+ year of full-time experience in a call center customer service environment preferred
- Familiarity with G-Suite products
- Availability to work an 8-hour shift between 12pm - 9pm EST, Monday through Friday
- Access to secure, quiet workspace with high-speed internet connection
