What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the full billing cycle for subscription customers, including onboarding, billing, and invoicing
- Conduct collections outreach for overdue accounts and manage payment plans
- Investigate billing disputes and implement practices to minimize financial losses
- Respond to customer billing inquiries and provide timely resolutions
- Prepare regular billing and collections reports and assist with audits
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, financial operations, or customer service
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills, especially in customer-facing interactions
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle ambiguity
- Proficiency in cross-functional collaboration and solution-oriented work
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with SaaS billing models
- Experience with billing systems and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Stripe)
- Knowledge of CRM or helpdesk tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
