Prepare, verify, and process invoices in a timely and accurate manner
Maintain and organize billing records, customer files, and payment documentation
Perform data entry for accounts receivable transactions
Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve customer payment issues
Support month-end and year-end billing processes
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy and compliance
3–5 years of billing or accounts receivable experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Experience with accounting or ERP software is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred
