Position Details

Medical Biller who will use their strong technology skills and knowledge of Billing and insurance authorizations to provide quality and efficient medical billing functions on behalf of the agency. The qualified candidate will thrive working independently within a team environment. The Billing Specialist will work aged accounts, rejections and submit primary and secondary claims to all insurance companies electronically and by paper. An openness to embrace and explore bias, equity issues, successes and challenges from a place of understanding and curiosity is needed to succeed and develop in the position/organization.

Position has the ability to be successfully completed primarily remote / from home. Some in office time may be required. Office space is available for the candidate who prefers to work in person / in office.

• 3 years current and progressive medical billing experience
• Experience in Mental Health / substance abuse field strongly preferred.
• Prior experience in a non profit setting preferred
• Desire to support Arbor Circle's mission by providing quality billing services that support the programs services.
