      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage third-party billing and collections to ensure timely and accurate billing of claims
      - Identify and resolve root causes of billing rejections to maximize reimbursement
      - Process home infusion and nursing claims, including rejections for NCPDP claims
      - Maintain quality assurance and productivity levels as defined by management
      - Communicate effectively with patients, payors, and outside agencies through various mediums

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED equivalent
      - One to three years of related prior work experience in a team-oriented environment
      - Knowledge of home infusion, medical billing practices, and payer reimbursement guidelines
      - Strong customer service background and effective problem-solving skills
      - Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and basic mathematical calculations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with ICD-10, CPT-4, HCPCS, and Medicare billing
      - Knowledge of HCN 360 and/or CPR+
      - Collections or medical billing experience with an understanding of medical terminology
