What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage all aspects of the customer subscription lifecycle, including onboarding, billing, and renewals
- Conduct collections outreach and manage accounts receivables for overdue invoices
- Investigate billing disputes and implement practices to minimize future financial losses
- Provide timely responses to customer billing inquiries, ensuring clarity and resolution
- Prepare regular billing and collections reports, assisting with audits and process improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, financial operations, or customer service
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills, especially in customer-facing interactions
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage ambiguity effectively
- Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with SaaS billing models and billing systems (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Stripe)
- Experience with CRM or helpdesk tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- A knack for process improvement and leveraging AI in operations
- Previous experience in a similar role within the real estate or technology sectors
