      IMMEDIATELY HIRING! FULL-TIME Opportunity

      $18.00 per hour

      We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable billing specialist to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for managing and processing customer invoices, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining records. You will work closely with internal and external teams and customers to resolve any discrepancies or billing issues while maintaining a high level of customer service.

      Responsibilities:

      • Generate and process invoices for services/products rendered.
      • Review and reconcile billing data for completeness and accuracy.
      • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
      • Handle inquiries related to billing discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
      • Prepare and submit reports on billing activity and overdue accounts
      • Collaborate with the finance and accounting teams to ensure correct accounting entries.
      • Communicate with customers to clarify billing information or resolve issues.
      • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to billing and invoicing.
      • The Billing Specialist will maintain confidentiality whether in reference to confidential financial information.
      • The Billing Specialist schedules priorities to meet deadlines as determined by management.
      • Updating customer information and property records
      • Printing and mailing out invoices
      • Perform other duties as assigned
      • Will work closely with our Fire Chiefs in a professional manner.
      • Maintain and utilize access to various customer-based billing sites.

      Qualifications:

      • High School Diploma.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
      • Knowledge of Medical terminology.
      • Strong attention to detail and ability to resolve billing issues efficiently.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
