      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage accurate and timely completion of billing, collections, and accounts receivable functions for the home health agency
      - Oversee claims processing, conduct audits, and issue assignments for further documentation as needed
      - Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations, maintaining patient accounts record systems
      - Monitor aged accounts receivable, resubmit bills, and prepare bad debt reports for review
      - Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to strategize billing efficiency goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Minimum of three years’ experience in healthcare billing and collections management, preferably in home care operations
      - Knowledge of corporate business management, governmental regulations, and Joint Commission standards
      - Strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills
      - Ability to manage detailed information accurately and deal tactfully with patients and payers
