What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead multi-disciplinary Building Information Modeling (BIM) Process for assigned projects
- Develop and update the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) throughout projects
- Coordinate efforts of multi-disciplinary design teams
- Manage submissions and compilation of drawing documentation
- Research innovative technologies to improve standards and efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Expert level knowledge of Autodesk Revit
- 3-5 years of project design or BIM Coordination experience in the AEC industry
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Working knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM360
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Dynamo, PyRevit, or Revit Addin development
- Previous asset management experience
- Knowledge of technology-based collaborative systems like ProjectWise
- Previous experience working in the government sector
- Ability to build and adjust Revit templates
