      We are a growing engineering consulting company based in Singapore, seeking for a high performing professional to join us as a BIM Manager (Civil & Structural).

      BIM Manager (Civil & Structural)

      In this role, you will primarily be responsible

      JOB DESCRIPTION

      • Responsible for the overall management of a team of drafters
      • Responsible for the preparation of project drafting plan and deliverables with project engineer
      • Familiar with BIM execution plan, requirements, process and workflow.
      • Manage the drafting resources to meet the project timelines
      • Develop drafting standard and procedures
      • Develop team performance through capability development and specific/constructive feedback
      • Ensure relevant latest standards, codes and procedures are applied to all drawings
      • Ensure that team members and managers are consistently well informed about projects and timelines
      • Participates in knowledge and information sharing with other team members

      KEY REQUIREMENT

      • Diploma/Degree in Engineering in Civil & Structural, preferably with Specialist Diploma in BIM
      • Minimum 4-6 years’ of relevant experience
      • Prior experience in leading a team of drafters.
      • Familiar with the local codes of practice, relevant regulations and working knowledge of authority submission and approval procedures
      • Proficient with BIM, REVIT, AutoCAD, Naviswork, Microstation, etc.
      • Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English
      • A team, client and delivery focused working style
