  A little more about your role…

  Access to the latest BIM Software and Integration Platforms.

  Deliver 3D modelling expertise to a variety of multidisciplinary projects in the Security Consulting discipline.

  Actively support the management team with the development of skills and capabilities of the design teams to assist project delivery within a BIM compliant project environment, relevant to project team needs.

  Interfacing with multi-disciplinary project teams and supporting BIM & Digital Delivery benefits at project level.

  What we will be looking for you to demonstrate…

  BIM (Building Information Modelling) & Computer Aided Design (CAD) experience working in both 2D and 3D in the Security Consulting discipline

  Experience of relevant software such as Revit (MEP), Navisworks & BIM360/ACC

  Understanding of COBie data formats and classification systems such as Uniclass is desirable.

  Experience of computational tools such as Dynamo and its benefits are not essential but desirable.

  Able to manage data in a secure and controlled manner.

  Demonstrable experience of operating in a BIM compliant environment.

  Open to learning new software and processes.

  Ability to manage own workload & work as part of a team.

  A clear understanding of Building Information Modelling and the benefits it brings to the construction Industry.

  A multidisciplinary approach to coordination, independent of background.

  Have an awareness of industry standards such as ISO:19650.

  Experience in Security and or MEP sector essential

  Must be able to obtain UK vetting level of Security Check (SC)
