      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct desktop reviews for environmental clearance work utilizing biological and water resource technical skills
      - Perform environmental constraints analysis to determine necessary avoidance and minimization measures for compliance
      - Complete assignments following the employer's management system and quality standards
      - Train and achieve proficiency in the client’s Work Management Systems
      - Conduct desktop constraints analysis using ArcGIS Online and maintain compliance with safety protocols

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BS or Master’s degree in a natural science discipline
      - Minimum of 2 years of field experience in California habitats, preferably in Southern California
      - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and online data management systems
      - Excellent time management, organizational, and analytical skills
      - Valid driver’s license and ability to work safely outdoors in variable weather conditions

      - Experience with sub-meter accuracy GPS technologies and map interpretation skills
      - Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
      - Eagerness to learn and grow within the consulting field
