- A BSc in Biomedical Science (or equivalent qualification/experience).
- Blood sciences laboratory experience.

- The ability to understand how vital it is to maintain good customer relationships and provide high levels of service in a modern pathology laboratory.
- The ability to multi-task and meet required service turnaround times.
