What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain equipment at customer sites
- Identify and resolve customer issues, providing effective communication and involving appropriate personnel
- Proactively identify and provide comprehensive solutions for customer issues
- Act as a resource for customer inquiries, ensuring the appropriate information is communicated
- Establish credibility and trust with customers while ensuring satisfaction and meeting business objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree or equivalent training/experience in electronics or Biomedical Engineering
- 0-5 years of experience in servicing biomedical equipment repair (entry-level position available)
- PC competency, including basic knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
- Experience with mechanical devices, tools, and test equipment preferred
- Knowledge of electronic circuit boards, processors, and computer hardware preferred
- Understanding of networking technologies and troubleshooting methods
- Valid driver's license and compliance with driving policy
- CBET certification and Lean certification desirable

- Troubleshooting capability to the component level and clear explanation of repair status to customers
- Ability to adopt and implement best practices, mentor others, and increase capability and capacity

- Familiarity with regulatory requirements, performance standards, and safety procedures
