You are of black or black-mixed heritage and looking for your first exposure to the industry and the different business areas within it
You are in your first year of a three-year undergraduate course or second year of a four-year undergraduate in any discipline or Master’s course (graduating in 2026)
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
High level of personal integrity and a commitment to excellence
Curiosity and a strong desire to learn
Resilient and looking for a challenging, changing, high-volume and fast-paced environment

Our four day programme aimed at students of black or black-mixed heritage, provides the opportunity for you to explore what investment banking is all about. The programme will enhance your knowledge of different business areas and give you relevant skills.
Here at Citi, we want to ensure you are given true insight to help you decide where you want to start your career. Our Insight Program runs for four days and during this time you will learn more about various business areas. Following the programme, participants that have demonstrated the qualities we look for at Citi will be able to apply for a place at an assessment centre in the autumn to be considered for a place on one of our 2025 summer analyst programs.
