Bloom is looking to add 1-2 seasonal employees to join us for the holiday season!

Dates: 11/15-26, 12/14-24
Hours: 12pm-6pm or 4pm-10pm (depending on the bakery's needs -- candidates please list your availability)

Dates: 12/26-31
Hours: 9am-3pm

Bakery Assistant Job Descriptions:
- Prep/Assist:
Portion cookie dough
Shape tart shells
Make fillings / buttercreams
Prepare / Scale ingredients according to our recipes
- Porter/Dish:
Wash, sanitize, and put away dishes at the dish pit and the double sink
bring back sheet pans, transfer items off wire racks
communicate with bakers and help depan baked goods
restock: paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, gloves, parchment paper, rags, etc. as needed
restock ingredients under the supervision of bakers
take out trash, recycles, compost if full
organize and clean fridges
sweeping/mopping/spraying mats
sanitize all surfaces/equipment
end of shift duties
- Any other bakery needs

Candidates MUST be available to work at least half of the shifts listed above. Please only apply if the hours and dates work for you as our holiday schedule is finalized.

● 18 years of age
● High school diploma or equivalent
● Culinary training or kitchen experience is preferred, but not required. Hardworking, honest, and ready to learn? We will train you!
● Legally able to work in the U.S.
