      Position Opportunity

      We are seeking a motivated and reliable Blow Mold Line Helper to support the efficient operation of our production lines. This role is critical to ensuring smooth production flow, supporting machine operations, assisting operators, and maintaining high quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and team-focused.

      Essential Duties/Responsibilities

      • Operate and monitor the leak tester machine to detect and remove defective products
      • Perform basic troubleshooting and minor adjustments on the leak tester and record rejected products
      • Assist with the operation and basic maintenance of the tumble pack machine
      • Ensure proper packaging of products and conduct regular inspections to meet specifications
      • Provide scheduled breaks for Blow Mold Operators, supporting continuity in production
      • Assist with mold changes, material handling, and quality checks as needed
      • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in accordance with safety standards
      • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production issues
      • Adhere to all safety regulations and perform quality checks to ensure compliance with standards
      • Report safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or quality issues immediately

      Qualifications

      Education/Training/Certifications:

      High school diploma or equivalent required

      Related Experience :

      Prior experience in manufacturing or production preferred

      Knowledge/Skills Experience:

      • Basic mechanical aptitude
      • Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
      • Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
