Job Description
- Req#: 5000976351106
- 5+ years BMW Technician experience
- Former or current ASEs ( A1-A8)
- Strong communication skills
- Prepare training materials, classroom, and workshop
- Facilitate training activities based on learning objectives
- Verify student competency of training objectives, and identify students in need of additional training
- Facilitate training of additional skills outside training objectives i.e.: shop cleaning, training supplies care and organization, proper care of vehicles while not in use, tool organization and care etc.
- Ability to use multiple forms of training medium: Hands on, PowerPoint, online modules, student lead review sessions, Instructor lead training etc.
- Ensure all training materials, aids and equipment are in working order and returned to their proper location.

Job Description
Lincoln Tech in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking an experienced BMW Technician to assist with instructing students in BMW's Automotive Apprentice program. This role will be responsible for preparing and delivering quality instruction as well as motivating and providing support to successfully prepare students for a career in the field. This is an exciting opportunity for technicians who are enthusiastic about the industry to share their knowledge and experience with the next generation of automotive professionals.
