  The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

  We are seeking a Parts Picker/Puller to join our team at our Lauderdale BMW Service Center in Fort Lauderdale. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our technicians have the necessary parts to provide exceptional service to our customers.

  Pay: $19 per hour

  What You'll Do:

  • Obtain parts from the Parts Associate and deliver them promptly to the technicians.

  • Sort and label incoming parts, ensuring accurate storage in inventory.

  • Unload parts delivery trucks and assist in maintaining organized stock levels.

  • Answer parts-related phone inquiries when the front counter is busy.

  • Attend and complete required training sessions and department meetings.

  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance to support the team's needs.

  What We're Looking For:

  • Basic math and language skills to accurately process parts and communicate effectively.

  • Ability to work efficiently in an active, fast-paced environment.

  • Current valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle driving record.

  • Basic computer skills to assist in inventory management and communication.

  Pay:

  We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $15.79 - $21.32 USD per hour.
