What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Model and train staff in Positive Behavior Support methodology
- Conduct behavioral assessments and provide behavior analytic interpretations
- Develop and monitor individualized Behavior Plans for clients
- Provide direct behavioral treatment, including crisis de-escalation and skills coaching
- Participate in relevant committees to enhance patient care

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Doctoral or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related discipline
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required
- Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple correspondence and instructions
- Strong reasoning ability to apply common sense understanding in various situations
- Must be able to record and enter data accurately according to organizational standards

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with individuals with cognitive, developmental, or intellectual disabilities
- Familiarity with crisis management procedures and training
- Strong communication skills for presentations in group settings
- Ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary team settings
