- Implement evidence-based interventions, including applied behavior analysis, behavior modification, and management.
- Provide caregiver training, case management, and RBT supervision.
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to create personalized treatment plans.
- Utilize a compassionate care approach to support the unique needs of neurodivergent children.
- Educate families and team members to ensure effective strategies are carried out across environments.
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 10 AM - 6:30 PM; Friday, 9 AM - 5:30 PM.
- Location: 1409 W. Carroll Ave., Chicago, IL. Easily accessible with onsite parking, no travel required.
- Certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Master's degree is required.
- Experience working with neurodivergent children is preferred but not required.
- Competitive salary based on experience.
