      Location: Hybrid – Cases in Nassau or Suffolk County, NY
      Pay: $75–$90 per hour
      Hours: 15–20 per week (Part-Time, with growth potential)

      What You'll Do

      As a BCBA at NESS, you will play a central role in delivering exceptional care and shaping the future of your clients' progress. Your responsibilities will include:

      • Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and insurance assessments

      • Developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans (ITPs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

      • Providing direct therapy and parent/caregiver training

      • Collaborating closely with families and a multidisciplinary team to ensure client success

      • Supervising and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as needed

      • Ensuring timely, accurate documentation to support quality of care and compliance

      What You'll Need

      • Active BCBA certification (required)

      • NYS Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license (required)

      • Master's degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field

      • Experience working with individuals with ASD and developmental disabilities

      • Strong clinical judgment, analytical skills, and attention to detail

      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

      Job Type:

      Part-Time (with option to expand to full-time based on availability and caseload)

      Schedule Options:

      • Choose your own hours

      • Day, after-school, and evening shifts available

      • Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends as needed

      Work Location:

      Hybrid model — in-person sessions in Nassau or Suffolk County, NY, with flexibility for documentation and meetings
