Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and insurance assessments
Developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans (ITPs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Providing direct therapy and parent/caregiver training
Collaborating closely with families and a multidisciplinary team to ensure client success
Supervising and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as needed
Ensuring timely, accurate documentation to support quality of care and compliance
Active BCBA certification (required)
NYS Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license (required)
Master's degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
Experience working with individuals with ASD and developmental disabilities
Strong clinical judgment, analytical skills, and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
