What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to evaluate behavior, skills, and needs
- Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Design and implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions tailored to each client's unique needs
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other direct support staff
- Educate and support parents and caregivers in understanding ASD and implementing behavioral strategies at home

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB
- Doctoral or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related discipline
- Reliable transportation to travel to various locations as needed
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods
- Strong language and reasoning skills to interpret technical information and communicate effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis programming with behavioral intervention
- Familiarity with CPT codes, payor rules, regulations, and research-based treatment modalities
- Prior experience working in a multidisciplinary team setting
- Knowledge of crisis management procedures and techniques
- Commitment to ongoing professional development in behaviorally based interventions
