What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to evaluate behavior, skills, and needs
- Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessment results
- Design and implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions tailored to each client's unique needs
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans to reflect progress and address emerging needs
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other direct support staff

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB
- Doctoral or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related discipline
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and infrequent lifting up to 50 pounds
- Must have reliable transportation
- Strong language skills to effectively present information and write correspondence

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis programming with behavioral intervention
- Knowledge of CPT codes and payor rules/regulations/policies
- Familiarity with crisis management procedures
- Ability to engage in continuous education on behaviorally based interventions and techniques
