What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to evaluate behavior, skills, and needs
- Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for effective treatment
- Design and implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions tailored to each client's unique needs
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide training to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Maintain detailed records and prepare reports to track patient progress and communicate with stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB
- Doctoral or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related discipline
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Reliable transportation is required
- Strong language skills for reading, writing, and presenting information effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis programming with behavioral intervention
- Familiarity with CPT codes, payor rules, regulations, and policies
- Ability to analyze situations to define core issues and draw conclusions
- Knowledge of research-based accepted treatment modalities and assessments
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams in a clinical setting
