      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to evaluate behavior, skills, and needs
      - Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to refine treatment approaches
      - Design and implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions tailored to each client's unique needs
      - Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and emerging needs
      - Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB
      - Doctoral or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related discipline
      - Ability to analyze situations, define core issues, and draw conclusions based on technical information
      - Reliable transportation for travel to client locations
      - Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis programming with behavioral intervention
      - Knowledge of crisis management procedures and ability to apply de-escalation techniques
      - Familiarity with community resources and support networks for enhancing client integration
      - Continued education in behaviorally based interventions and techniques
      - Strong communication skills for educating parents and caregivers on behavioral strategies
