      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual needs and areas for intervention
      - Develop and implement behavior intervention plans utilizing applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
      - Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and team members
      - Collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to set and monitor treatment goals
      - Collect and analyze data to measure progress and inform decision-making

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
      - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
      - Experience with parent teaching and training
      - Experience with patient billing codes
      - Certification in the state of Michigan, or willingness to obtain certification before start date
