- Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data from various databases – especially Salesforce Sales, Service and Marketing Clouds
- Utilize low-code Integration Platform as a Service (IPaaS) to design and implement applications and workflows to automate business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Quickly learn and adapt to new systems, technologies, and tools as required for various IT projects.
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users when needed.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues.
- Document processes, procedures, and technical specifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business or other related field.
- Strong proficiency in writing SQL queries and working with relational databases.
- Familiarity with low-code platforms and a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- HTML Coding experience
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Quick learner with a passion for staying up to date with the latest technology trends.
