- Coordinate and manage all aspects of third-party vendors and change management activities within the BOBCAT Initiative.
- Oversee change management activities, including communication, stakeholder analysis, and training.
- Develop and execute stakeholder acceptance plans and business cases for executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Create a go-live strategy for core platform replacement, ensuring buy-in from internal business units.
- Maintain and execute a communication plan to align initiative teams, stakeholders, and business partners.
- Ensure knowledge transfer to reduce dependency on software providers post-go-live.
- Manage vendor performance, ensuring SLA fulfillment and KPI monitoring according to regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate RFP distribution, contract management, and stakeholder engagement for sourcing activities and vendor contracts.
- Master’s degree / bachelor’s degree in business administration / management, accounting, controlling, engineering or quality management.
- 5+ years of professional experience, preferably in financial services, banking or insurance industry
- 5+ years of experience in business/IT projects, operations, and/or managing cross-functional teams.
- 2+ years of direct/functional leadership experience preferred with a demonstrated high team spirit, ability to motivate, and assertiveness.
- 2+ years of experience in the operational management of external vendors/contractors/suppliers.
- Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional and cross border teams in an environment of competing interests and limited resources.
- Change management and experience with introducing new products and processes to operational business teams, preferred.
- Experience with AWM (Agile Working Model) and working with teams in an agile development environment, preferred.
- Experience in a large-scale, visible project (BOBCAT), preferred.

This is a hybrid role that requires regular attendance in the office.
The expected salary range for this position is $54,300.00 - $108,600.00.
The selected candidate’s education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.
