- Operate boilers, engines, and auxiliary equipment.
- Manage boiler feed pumps, circulating pumps, and water softeners.
- Monitor boiler water, chemical and fuel levels, as well as water pressure and temperature.
- Read gauges, meters, and charts to track boiler operations.
- Perform routine maintenance on boilers, piping, and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot boilers for potential issues and resolve emergency situations.
- Experience in boiler operation and maintenance.
- Proficiency in HVAC systems and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of compressors, electrical repair, plumbing, and facilities maintenance.
- Understanding of mechanical systems, preventive maintenance, and repair.
- Skills in operating low-pressure systems and valves.
- Experience with facility maintenance, refrigeration, and service.
- Knowledge of cooling towers, heat pumps, air conditioning, and lighting.
- Familiarity with building systems, turbines, combined cycle operations, mechanical troubleshooting, and piping.

Work Environment
This position follows a 12-hour rotating schedule, alternating between 3-4-3-4. You will also switch from day shifts to night shifts every couple of months, offering a dynamic and varied work environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
