  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Lead and optimize quote configuration processes including RFQ/RFPs, SOWs, and technical drawings for aerospace and military customers
  - Ensure accuracy and completeness of product data in existing PLM and ERP systems
  - Manage supplier relationships and conduct technical analysis of customer requirements for new business opportunities
  - Review and interpret customer quality flow-downs, maintaining compliance with industry standards and customer specifications
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and communicate product changes effectively
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred, or High School Diploma with 6+ years of experience
  - 5+ years of experience in configuration management, quotation processes, or related roles in an EMS or high-reliability manufacturing environment
  - Strong knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes and industry standards
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, macros, and VBA
  - Familiarity with aerospace and military industry standards and compliance requirements
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Previous experience working in a Contract Manufacturing Company
  - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  - Experience with PLM and ERP systems (e.g., Agile, Arena, SAP)
  - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  - Knowledge of regulatory compliance (ITAR, NADCAP, FAR/DFAR)
