Job Description
- Req#: 4281014
- This position is responsible for the management an information flow of bond condition issued by magistrates and the courts.
- Receives, evaluates, prioritizes and initiates responses to the requests for information related to bond conditions.
- In addition, enters, accesses, retrieves, disseminates, and protects confidential law enforcement related data from a variety of protected local, state and federal databases including TCIC and NCIC databases.
- Knowledge and level of competency commonly associated with the completion of specialized training in the occupational field, in addition to skills typically associated with data entry and office organization and procedures.
- Must be able to work under adverse conditions and during unusual hours including nights, weekends, holidays and scheduled/ unscheduled overtime.
- Must have the skills to multitask on a daily basis.
- Must be able to proficiently type an 10 key, must pass a keyboarding test.
- Intermediate level or higher knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office, internet, and able to learn job related software programs.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills needed and pass an oral interview panel.
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Must possess a valid Texas Driver's License.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
