      We are looking for a full time 37.5pw Band 2 Booking Officer/ Secretary to join our Urology team.

      For the booking officer role you will work within a multi-disciplinary team, and be responsible for a range of duties related to patient pathway management, booking appointments, dealing with telephone queries, emails, liaising with all medical professionals. For the Support Secretary role you will work with other Senior medical Secretaries to support the consultant team with duties such as typing, dealing with telephone queries, emails and booking appointments.

      You should be literate and numerate, with excellent organisational, time management and IT skills and an ability to work without supervision.. You will have a high standard of communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with staff at all levels. You will have enthusiasm, motivation and demonstrate pride in your work.
