Job Description
- Req#: 3614427
- Proactively call our healthcare workers to attain availability, targeting suitable candidates for priority shifts, and building the pipeline by encouraging candidates to upload future availability.
- Be responsible for overviewing and maintaining all client portals through detailed and knowledgeable usage. You will be the portal stakeholder trusted with its upkeep and compliance.
- Provide clients with regular updates on the progress of priority shifts.
Ensuring maintenance of accurate records of workers, correctly recording all interactions on a database. - Check and reply to emails sent to the Bookings inbox in a timely manner with exceptional levels of customer service.
- Maintain a sound knowledge of available candidates’ skills and experience and the expectations of trust management thus providing excellent customer service to client and candidates.

Our Bookings Consultants play a pivotal role in developing and expanding their desk by building strong relationships with both candidates and clients. Your primary objective will be to ensure optimal shift placement, thereby contributing to the overall growth of the business. Through effective candidate management and strategic portal maintenance, the Bookings Consultant will maximise vacancy fill rates and enhance customer satisfaction.
