      The Role

      Tatler Editorial is looking for an experienced Bookings Editor to join the team.

      The successful candidate will be responsible for producing all cover and fashion shoots, as well as some features shoots. They must have excellent relationships within the fashion industry and be extremely knowledgeable about the processes and demands of shoot production.

      They must perform well under pressure and work proactively to always meet our tight deadlines; as well as being able to find solutions to any problems, and juggle multiple projects at once. A polite, professional and unflappable attitude is essential.

      They must be extremely organised, and be an outstanding communicator. Established relationships with photographers and agents is a must.

      The Bookings Editor will work closely with the fashion team, art department and the Managing Editor to make sure that all shoots run on schedule and within budget. Uniquely at Tatler, the bookings editor has the opportunity to play a major role in commissioning fashion photographers.

      What will you be doing?

      • Scouting and casting models

      • Booking hair and make-up teams

      • Researching and negotiating the best shoot locations

      • Organising travel and liaising with talent and photography agencies

      • Planning shoot budgets and running them to stay on target financially

      • Running shoots to finish on schedule and sometimes with a quick turnaround time

      Who you are:

      • Previous experience working on a luxury title

      • A keen eye for fashion photography and creative concepts

      • Confidence with casting models for both fashion pages and covers

      • Ability to manage tight budgets and deadlines

      • A calm and composed manner under pressure

      • Dedication to developing and improving Tatler’s creative output

      • Organised team-player
