- 2+ years of accounting experience (AP/AR)
- QuickBooks experience
- Strong understanding of chart of accounts
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Perform month-end tasks including data entry, bill processing, bank reconciliations, and credit card handling.
- Invoice customers efficiently and accurately.
- Generate ad hoc reports using QuickBooks and Excel.
- Explain the accounting cycle, including the entry of bills and invoices, and discuss accounts debits and credits.
- Handle shipping and inventory tasks.
- Proficiency in accounting practices.
- Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks.
- Ability to perform bank reconciliations and invoicing.
- Understanding of billing and reconciliation processes.
- Knowledge of shipping and logistics is beneficial.
- Willingness to learn new skills quickly, particularly shipping and logistics.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
