- Support the end-to-end accounting process, including monthly and quarterly close activities.
- Record and manage general ledger entries to ensure financial data integrity.
- Accurately allocate general and administrative costs and facilitate prompt vendor payment processing.
- Analyze accounting entries to detect and correct inconsistencies.
- Work closely with colleagues to contribute to the development of internal financial statements.
- Audit employee expense submissions for adherence to company policies.
- Compile and present monthly expense reports for internal evaluation and sign-off.
- Offer daily assistance to the controller and finance team with various accounting functions.
- Perform additional related duties as required.
- Proficiency in accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Expertise in financial reporting.
- Skill in bank reconciliation and journal entry.
- Experience with reconciliation processes.
- Ability to perform month-end close activities.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel, including pivot tables and Vlookups.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.96/hr.
