Job Title: Bookkeeper ( Spokane, WA)
Description
Maintain Financial Records: Record day-to-day financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
Reconcile Accounts: Ensure accuracy by reconciling bank statements and other third-party records.
Prepare Financial Statements: Generate balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports.
Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and manage accounts.
Payroll Processing: Handle payroll and maintain employee records.
Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax forms and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Budget Assistance: Assist in budget preparation and financial planning.
Audit Support: Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual balance audits.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
