- Daily data entry into QuickBooks & work management software (Monday.com)
- Managing all POs & purchasing
- Work closely with management and project teams to ensure data accuracy
- Follow all company guidelines for best practices
- Track all time spent on projects using company software (Monday.com)
- Maintain records of financial transactions, establish accounts, post transactions, and ensure compliance
- Develop systems for financial transactions, including establishing a chart of accounts and policies
- Maintain subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
- Reconcile subsidiary accounts and balance entries
- Maintain the general ledger and prepare financial reports, including 1099s
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and advise management accordingly
- Contribute to team efforts and maintain business documentation
- Report to CFO, VP, and CEO
- Previous experience with QuickBooks, Excel, and Monday.com
- QuickBooks certification
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper
- Knowledge of accounting principles and GAAP
- Strong understanding of debits, credits, and the general ledger
- Experience with payroll and tax regulations
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Candidates should have excellent communication skills, be flexible about working overtime as needed, and work well within a team environment.
