      Job Summary


      Adrenalin Attractions is seeking a Bookkeeper/Accountant to join our team! As a Bookkeeper/Accountant, you will work with our management team on data entry, receipt scanning, and QuickBooks management. The ideal candidate is QuickBooks certified and has experience in Excel and other CRM and work management software. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, be flexible about working overtime as needed, and work well within a team environment.


      Responsibilities



      1. Daily data entry into QuickBooks & work management software (Monday.com)

      2. Managing all POs & purchasing

      3. Work closely with management and project teams to ensure data accuracy

      4. Follow all company guidelines for best practices

      5. Track all time spent on projects using company software (Monday.com)

      6. Maintain records of financial transactions, establish accounts, post transactions, and ensure compliance

      7. Develop systems for financial transactions, including establishing a chart of accounts and policies

      8. Maintain subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions

      9. Reconcile subsidiary accounts and balance entries

      10. Maintain the general ledger and prepare financial reports, including 1099s

      11. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and advise management accordingly

      12. Contribute to team efforts and maintain business documentation

      13. Report to CFO, VP, and CEO


      Qualifications & Skills



      • Previous experience with QuickBooks, Excel, and Monday.com

      • QuickBooks certification

      • Proven experience as a bookkeeper

      • Knowledge of accounting principles and GAAP

      • Strong understanding of debits, credits, and the general ledger

      • Experience with payroll and tax regulations

      • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy

      • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

      • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
