- Req#: 595234
- Daily Reconciliation: Complete daily reconciliation, accounting, and cash balancing functions, including counting and maintaining self-checkout registers.
- Cashier Accountability: Monitor cashier accountability, research, and report problems and shortages to the Front-End Manager and Store Director.
- Loss Prevention: Partner with Division Loss Prevention and front-end management to resolve cash and shrink issues.
- Billing and Invoices: Assist the Store Director with billing and invoices.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain sales book and report daily/weekly sales information to the Division Office.
- Administrative Duties: Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks such as ordering money orders, bus passes, lottery, gift cards, postage, and change.
- Attendance Monitoring: Report attendance problems to the Store Director and department managers, including schedule violations.
- Hiring Process: Review applications, conduct screening interviews, manage pre-employment processes, and coordinate training and orientation.
- Payroll and Benefits: Handle payroll and benefits administration, review time records, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Leave Coordination: Coordinate leave paperwork, process reinstatements, and maintain associate HR records securely.

A Day in the Life:
Exemplifies and ensures strong customer service in all areas of the job. Performs store level cash handling, service desk operations, and human resources and personnel functions. Responsible for the completion of the daily reconciliation funds handling and other recording and balancing functions. Provides accurate records of store sales and related transactions while supporting store sales, operating plan, and service levels.
