      Job Description

      We are currently seeking a Wholesale Intern who will report to the Senior Sales Manager as part of our dynamic team in New York.

      Role Mission

      This opportunity will allow you to gain experience within a luxury brand that will support you for your next endeavor and future career.

      How you will contribute:

      • Reporting & Analysis – Weekly & Monthly Style, Account, and Door selling
      • Shipping & Invoicing - Track purchase orders and update shipping logs weekly
      • Quarterly Selling Campaigns – Preparation & support for seasonal markets, including scheduling, order entry, order confirmations, buy books
      • Sample Management, Online Copy, & General Administrative Support
      • Market Expertise & Ownership – Protect & enhance Bottega’s presentation and sales in department stores. Build competitive analyses to identify opportunities.

      Who you are:

      • Analytics: Excel competency managing large data sets (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
      • Strategic Communication, strong writing skills & PowerPoint skills
      • Positive and proactive attitude
      • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
      • Able to work in our NYC corporate office
      • Able to receive academic credit
      • Available 24 hours a week
      • Students MUST be able to receive academic credit for this paid internship.

      Salary- New York

      • Salary of $16.50/hr
