Job Description

- At least 21 years of age;
- Six months of prior cash handling experience preferred;
- Six months of prior customer service experience preferred;
- Nice, friendly, and willing to work attitude;
- Excellent communication skills and be able to communicate in a professional manner;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized under pressure;
- Must have basic computer skills;
- Gaming registration;
- Other work cards may be required depending on jurisdiction;
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time;
- Ability to bend and lift up to 35 pounds as needed.
- Verify funds/accept keys prior to shift;
- Contact dispatch when appropriate, contact Assistant Managers for any issues that appear concerning;
- Contact 911 for emergencies, ensure bartenders office is locked;
- Complete cash/electronic transactions;
- Inform guests that food and drinks are available, ensure food is rotated;
- Ensure registered paid gaming payouts are accurate;
- Redeem marketing coupons, offer players card to unrated players;
- Understand promotions and communicate them to guests, understand how to troubleshoot machines;
- Maintain overall tavern cleanliness, remove trash;
- Process ticket redemptions, process jackpots with appropriate ID and withhold tax as required;
- Understand company comp policy, maintain company policy for guest alcohol consumption;
- Maintain confidentially with all information,
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Saturday & Sunday (2nd Bartender)
Days off: Monday & Tuesday
