Position: Bowling Lanes Attendant
Department: Sports and Recreation
Primary Responsibilities:
• Providing customer service – Food/Beverage – serving alcohol
• Basic mechanic skills for troubleshooting of bowling machines
• Computer skills preferred – AMF Bowling System and Point of Sales system
• Natural ability to anticipate the guests' needs
• Daily recordsSecondary Responsibilities:
• Daily and weekly cleaning duties of lanes, machines and work area
• Daily preparation work for guest's service
• Providing guests' assistance with bowling monitors, bowling balls, lanes, video games
Normal Working Hours: (Shift, days)
• Day and evening shifts – 11:00am-11:00pmIn order to be successful in this position, the ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:
Past Work Experience Requirements:
• Food/Beverage experience preferredEducational Requirements:
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Communication Skills Requirements:
• Excellent grammar and verbal skills
• Friendly and positive attitude
• Maturity and self assuranceTechnical Requirements:
• Ability to follow written procedures and guidelines
• Daily record keeping and inventory
Required Supervision:
• Structured supervision provided
• Ability to make mature decisionsOther Requirements:
• Flexibility to work varied schedules that are adjusted daily
