      Salary Range: $18.00 Hourly

      Description

      The Anthem Box Office is seeking a customer service focused member of the team who demonstrates high standards and remains positive, confident and outgoing in a fast-paced environment. They are the first point of contact for patrons who are purchasing tickets for a wide range of events. The job is part-time but involves regular evening, weekend and some holiday hours.

      Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

      • Providing a quality front line service to customers.
      • Selling tickets using both manual and computerized systems.
      • Answering inquiries via telephone and internet.
      • Maintaining important materials regarding upcoming shows in the box office area.

      Qualifications


      All staff are expected to:

      • Have strong communication skills both written and verbal.
      • Be eager to learn internal systems as well as Ticketmaster.
      • Be flexible with their work hours and assignments to meet the needs of the patrons or shows.
      • Work well with others.

      The box office team reports to the box office managers, supervisors and/or team leader.
