Job Description
- Req#: 2025-49392
- Picks up 40 to 70 pound boxes of product, and stacks on pallets.
- Must replace pallets on floor that have been moved. Pallets are brought in by pallet jack operators.
- Ability to work cooperatively with supervisors, coworkers
- Do all tasks assigned by members of management
- Must be able to follow directions and work in other departments as needed.
- Must be able to perform additional duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Manual dexterity required
- Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivate
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended shift hours
- Sound work ethic, honesty and moral character
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and adhere to safety requirements
- Must wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- PPE required but subject to change: Hairnet, beard net, shoe covers, gloves, smock, earplugs
- Ability to work in a wet and cold environment (45ºF, 4ºC)
- Ability to stand for an 8 hour shift
- Will be exposed to noise (>85 decibels), CO2, and moving production.
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
PAY: $18.35/hour + $1,500 Sign & Bonus
WORK SCHEDULE: 7:33 AM - 4:25 PMBENEFITS: Available first day of hire
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Primarily responsible for Stack boxes of product on pallets. Performs all work in compliance with company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines and local, state and federal policies, laws and regulation
