Develop and execute a comprehensive vendor management strategy, encompassing contract negotiations, performance monitoring, risk assessment, and continuous improvement initiatives. Position Responsibilities: Lead a high-performing team to effectively manage vendor relationships, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and operational targets. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align BPO strategies with the company's broader goals, driving efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and innovation. Oversee vendor performance evaluations and establish regular reporting mechanisms to track and communicate vendor performance metrics, addressing any issues proactively. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and enhanced service delivery through effective vendor partnerships. Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in BPO and vendor management to stay ahead of market changes and maximize vendor contributions. Manage contractual negotiations and renewals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that align with Duly Healthcare's interests. Mitigate potential risks by conducting regular vendor risk assessments and implementing appropriate risk management strategies. Qualifications The Experiences You Bring Bachelor's degree in business, or related field, or equivalent work experience Minimum of 7 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics and regulatory requirements, particularly in healthcare BPO. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Proficient in contract management, vendor performance measurement, and risk assessment. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
