- Lead the launch and growth of our new Camden branch
- Use your existing network of contacts to source new business and drive referrals
- Manage day-to-day operations and support a passionate care team
- Ensure top-quality care while meeting performance goals
- Be the go-to leader for patients, staff, and referral partners
- 2+ years in management (home care or healthcare preferred)
- 1+ year in Personal Care/Home Health required
- Must come with an established book of business or referral relationships
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid home health care guidelines
- A true people leader—motivational, positive, and team-focused
- Must have reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-Time (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm)
Salary: $90,000–$105,000/year + Performance Incentives
