Job Description

- As a BOA/Payments Processing you will be responsible to undertake operational and transaction-based tasks for our corporate clients on all payment related matters.
- You may also be in charge for the design, implementing and performing new controls, global initiatives, platform changes, reports, KPI’s and KRI’s.
- You will take ownership for back office tasks/processes to ensure accurate, complete, and timely processing within teams, through third-party-providers and across the bank (cross-diversional).
- You will be actively involved in definition and implementation of change processes und in project work.
- Ideally you have a Bachelor in Business Administration, Economics or Finance, or you have completed a certified commercial training (ie.: IHK Bankkaufmann/-frau, Industriekauffrau/-mann, Steuerfachgehilfe/-in)
- You have gained 3-8 years of experience within a back / middle office, control or project team.
- You are interested in design and implementation of process flows and would like to accompany the design and the implementation of change processes.
- You have gained experience in project work .
- Comprehensive knowledge of banking products (i.e. Cash, FX, Loans, etc.).
- Good knowledge in Excel is considered a plus.
- First experience with SWIFT is required, Avaloq is a plus
- Interpersonal skills, team oriented and client driven motivated, proactive problem solving, critical thinking, experienced in escalation handling, being tolerant towards change and uncertainty
- Fluent in English
