Collaborates with the Brand & Advertising Lead to plan and execute virtual and in-person brand activations (e.g., webinars, booths, sponsorships, CSR/Impact Agenda events) to drive awareness, consideration, and conversion.
Manages end-to-end activation logistics, including vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, venue coordination, and stakeholder alignment (e.g., IT, HR, Legal, Finance).
Oversees creative development with vendors and agencies, including themes, scripts, show flows, content briefs, and event promotion and documentation.
Ensures high-quality execution and experience for all stakeholders (prospects, customers, employees, partners).
Conducts post-activation evaluations and reporting to assess outcomes and optimize future strategies.
Partners with the Head of Brand, Digital, and Content to scale CSR/Impact Agenda initiatives that enhance community impact and brand equity.
Implements and monitors CSR/Impact Agenda initiatives with partners, ensuring delivery of KPIs and timely accountability reporting.
Engages internal and external audiences (employees, distributors, media) to foster a culture of volunteerism and support for Impact Agenda pillars.
Provides up to date Impact Reports to Global Community Investment teams for accurate reporting
Drive the pillars of Impact Agenda by collaborating with institutions and government bodies to secure support and ensure program sustainability
Leads creative ideation and production of pre- and post-activation content for brand and CSR initiatives.
Ensures brand consistency and compliance across all activation and Impact Agenda materials.
Implements the Global Brand Strategy in all engagements and ensures alignment with campaign objectives.
Develops and manages tactical brand partnerships to enhance visibility and achieve campaign KPIs.
Tracks and evaluates partnership effectiveness to inform future collaboration strategies.
Manages budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost effectiveness of activations
Maintains and update the Budget monitoring report with the latest budget allocations, actual spending, and commitments.
Manages onboarding and accreditation for new vendors.
Processes billings for payment for Brand partners and vendors.
Supports global CSR initiatives through logistical coordination and reporting to Global Community Investment teams.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in event or brand/event management roles within an agency or in-house marketing team.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken English.
Project & Event Management: Proven track record in planning and executing events and activations, with strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
Budget & Vendor Management: Experienced in budget management, financial reporting, and coordinating with vendors to ensure cost-effective and seamless execution.
Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to measure, report, and optimize campaign performance against KPIs and ROI, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with internal teams, external partners, and creative agencies.

We’re seeking a creative and highly organized Brand Activation & Community Investment Officer to elevate Manulife Philippines’ brand through impactful activations and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)/Impact Agenda programs. This role is key to driving brand awareness, consideration, and conversion by delivering meaningful experiences that align with our strategic goals.
As a core member of the Brand, Content, and Digital team, you’ll lead the planning and execution of brand activations and CSR initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners. Your work will directly influence our Brand Power and Awareness metrics by driving key intermediary KPIs.
This is a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on both our brand and the communities we serve. You’ll report to the Head of Brand, Content & Digital, under the leadership of the Philippines CMO.
